Signing In to Business Central
You can access Business Central from any web browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Firefox. To begin, open the web browser of your choice. Then, paste the access URL that was provided by your implementation partner, into the address bar at the top of your screen.
This will open the sign in screen where you can enter the email address associated with your account and press next to access the password screen.
Enter your password into the open field.
If you have forgotten your password, click "forgot my password" and follow the prompts.
Once you have successfully entered your password, click "sign in".
You will then receive a prompt asking if you would like to stay signed in to Business Central. Click "do not show this again" and select yes to streamline your sign in process for future.
You will now be given access to Business Central and should see your main home screen appear. From here, you can access your dashboards and view important data.
To sign out of Business Central, click on your account icon in the top right corner of the screen and select "sign out".
Wait until you receive the notice that you are fully logged out before closing your browser or opening another website.
If you said yes to the automatic sign in prompt, the next time you go into Business Central, you will not have to enter your credentials again and will automatically be signed in when you access the program.
